Our Team
No 7 Bridge End Hair Salon was established in 2013 and the team bring with them a wealth of styling experience.
Caroline Harness
Salon Owner
Caroline started her career with Vidal Sassoon salon in Leeds then moved to an independent salon for 15 years before opening No 7 Bridge End in 2013.
Caroline specialises in both cutting and colouring and is dedicated to giving the correct service and advice for each individual client. Caroline believes both the haircut and the colour should complement each other as well as complementing the client and their lifestyle, a philosophy that has brought the successful career and client base she has today.
Caroline plays a key role in tutoring the Junior Stylists sharing her levels of experience and professionalism to assist their development
Julie Raven
Salon Owner
Julie qualified at Vidal Sassoon in 1994 and worked for over 20 years in some of the top salons.
Julie feels that high standards should be maintained every day to ensure the salon is professional, yet personal, always, for every client. Her passion for excellent client care in a friendly environment has enabled her to establish a clientele that has followed her throughout her hairdressing career.
Julie has some clients that have been with her since she very first qualified and has formed great friendships throughout the years.
In her spare time Julie loves to spend time with her family and keeping herself fit, she is the salon’s crazy exercise lady!
Louise Riley
Salon Owner
With over 15 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry, Louise helped open No. 7 Bridge End in 2013.
Louise has built a strong desire to make every customer’s experience individual. She has her finger on the pulse and enjoys incorporating new styles into her work. Louise feels that always adopting a friendly manner and being personable, whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism, is the perfect combination for developing the relationships she has with existing and new clients.
Louise likes to keep the Junior Stylists busy! She feels this work ethic ensures the salon will produce the best Junior Stylists in Leeds continuing to build on the success it already enjoys for years to come

Lorna
Lorna manages PinUp Beauty on the upper floor of the No. 7 salon.
With 23 years experience in the beauty industry, Lorna worked at a couple of different salons to gain experience before becoming her own boss, building up a loyal client base and making some close friends along the way!
“I was always interested in beauty therapy from an early age, attending my first course when I was 14 and going on to study fully at 16. I cover a wide range of treatments and like to go on additional training courses to refresh and keep up to date on new techniques that come out.”

Bex
Bex has been working as a hairdresser in Leeds City Centre for over ten years, covering all aspects of hairdressing including cutting, natural/creative colouring and special occasion hair.
“I have a passion for all things hair and feel I can bring something unique to every service I provide.
Outside of the salon I enjoy taking my dog for walks and watching documentaries.”
Claire
Claire started hairdressing 18 years ago, training with Toni and Guy Academy then working as a colour technician in their Leeds salon.
Claire has since continued to work in two Leeds City Centre salons before making No. 7 Bridge End her work home.
“Not just work, cutting and colouring hair is my passion, giving clients confidence in their hair and themselves is one of the best aspects of my job.
With my experience and knowledge I have built up a loyal clientele over the years making many great friendships.”
